Blue Dye is used to color various blocks and items blue, such as wool, terracotta, and glass.

- Open a Crafting Table to access the 3×3 grid.
- Arrange the materials as shown in the grid above, then place the output Blue Dye into your inventory.
- That’s it! You can now use or place your new item.

Cornflower: Gather Cornflower via its typical source (looting, mining, farming, or trading).
Uses for Blue Dye
- Coloring wool, terracotta, concrete, and glass blue
- Dyeing leather armor
- Creating blue banners and beds
- Mixing with other dyes to create purple, cyan, and light blue
Fun Fact
Blue dye was originally obtained from lapis lazuli, but cornflowers were added as an alternative source in the Village & Pillage update.
