How to Craft Shears
Shears are tools used for collecting wool from sheep, leaves from trees, and other delicate materials.

Ingredients Needed:
- 2x Iron Ingot
Step-by-step Instructions
- Open a Crafting Table to access the 3×3 grid.
- Arrange the materials as shown in the grid above, then place the output Shears into your inventory.
- That’s it! You can now use or place your new item.
Ingredient Tips
Iron Ingot: Smelt iron ore or deepslate iron ore in a furnace or blast furnace.
Uses for Shears
- Shearing sheep for wool without harming them

Fun Fact
Shears are one of the few tools in Minecraft that don't have wooden, stone, gold, diamond, or netherite variants - they only come in iron!
