The Backrooms Add-On V2.1 by Float Studios brings liminal horror into your own Minecraft Bedrock world. It’s the add-on version of their Backrooms content — not a pre-built world or mash-up — so you generate and craft Backrooms blocks, fight bosses, and use custom swords in Survival (or wherever you enable the pack).
Boss roster includes Smiler, Partygoer, Stomper, and Skin Stealer. You can also tame the hound and Kitty to fight beside you. Build with blocks from their classic Backrooms maps (500+ craftable backrooms blocks) plus craftable weapons — exactly what people want when they search “backrooms minecraft bedrock,” “backrooms addon,” or “smiler minecraft.”
NOTE from the creators: this is the Add-On version of The Backrooms, NOT a world and/or mash-up. Activate the behavior + resource packs on a world, then craft/generate the blocks and gear in-game. Watch the trailer for boss and block vibes, then grab it on Marketplace.
How to use The Backrooms Add-On on Bedrock
Buy and download from Marketplace, then edit a world → Resource packs & Behavior packs → turn on The Backrooms Add-On (enable both if offered). Create a new world or add it to an existing one. Experiments may be required depending on your Bedrock version — check the listing notes in-game.
Once active, craft or generate Backrooms blocks, gear up with the custom swords, and hunt the Smiler, Partygoer, Stomper, and Skin Stealer bosses. Tame the hound and Kitty if you want companions for the fight.
