Spawn on a survival island split between plains and Dappled Forest, with an Abandoned Camp providing shelter and early supplies.

This is the most direct showcase of both headline 26.3 additions. Half of the island remains open enough for farms and building, while the Dappled Forest half supplies the new vegetation and wood palette. The Abandoned Camp appears immediately on the island, so you can inspect the structure without using locate commands or traveling through a snapshot world.

Start around the camp, establish renewable trees and crops, then decide whether to preserve it as a landmark or absorb it into a larger island settlement. The mixed terrain makes this less punishing than the sandy island seed while still keeping the boundaries of a survival-island run.
